Charges in convicted felon Robert Cullen's most recent case are exempt from the emergency bail rule

At his bail review hearing, Robert Cullen was unsuccessful in getting his bail of $200,000 for his 2019 case reduced. However, instead of no bail for his two 2017 VOP cases, Judge Christopher Wilson set bail at $35,000 for the four year felony and $25,000 for the three year felony.

Cullen's attorney is Michael Acosta. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads appeared on the case for the People.

Judge Christopher Wilson agreed with Ms. Eads' arguments and reasons. In his 2019 case, Cullen has 15 charges and they are exempt from the emergency rule. He also had several firearm charges in his cases.

Trial confirmation is on June 22; jury trial is on July 6.
