CAST discovery and new attorney leads to rescheduling of Pamela Millsap's preliminary hearing


Murder suspect Pamela Millsap had her preliminary hearing scheduled for April 2. Due to CAST discovery and getting a new attorney, her preliminary hearing was rescheduled for April 16.

Millsap is charged with one count of voluntary manslaughter, two counts of child abuse and one special allegation that she personally used a firearm; a shotgun.



Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Interim Public Defender Meagan O' Connell was Millsap's attorney when she was with Conflict Counsel. The case has been assigned to Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke.
