Arrested twice in 2 weeks this year, 5 cases on calendar, thankfully he will remain in custody

Kevin Haberman had an OR/bail hearing this morning. In his most recent case from 2020, his $500,000 bail remains set. Judge Kelly Neel did reduce his misdemeanor bail cases to $0 per the emergency bail schedule. That change was made by the California Judicial Council in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

After the first time Judge Neel made the ruling, Haberman asked to speak to his attorney, Ms. Christina Allbright. She told Judge Neel that Haberman wanted her to know "he wasn't present when the alleged acts occurred and that he was arrested after the charges." This is for his 2020 case.

Judge Neel told Haberman his preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 4 and his attorney will have the opportunity to present that information at that time.

Charges, bail and other information is listed in post linked below.
