Trial setting was scheduled this morning for alleged molestor Mark Dare. Alleged victims are his stepdaughters.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. She is sick and out of the office today so the hearing was continued to February 10 so she could be present for arguments .Mr. Trent Timm appeared in court for her today and was ready to set a date in early May which is conducive since the girls will not be in school.
Public Defender Marek Reavis is Dare's attorney. Mr. Reavis said said he has two homicides scheduled in May and brought up witness availability, including an expert from Ohio
