Trial setting was scheduled for murder suspect David Kobak this morning. Both, Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm and Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo are going to be in trial next year for the Manila murder case.
Based on their schedules, trial confirmation was set for December 12; jury trial on January 13. "We confirm for jury trial with the caveat that we may have to continue due to expert availability."
The victim was Kobak's roommate, Frederick William Loftus.
