Joshua Padilla arrested by HCSO for attempted murder, assault, criminal threats, false imprisonment, domestic violence and damaging a communication device

Joshua Padilla was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 664/187(a) attempted murder, PC 273.5(a) domestic violence, PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon, PC 422(a) criminal threats, PC 236 false imprisonment, and PC 591.5 damaging a communication device to prevent someone from calling law enforcement or getting help.

The jail log listed CHP as the arresting agency.

I contacted CHP PIO Jason Esselman for more information but he is away for training. 

On 8/3, I left a message for one of the Sgts.Turns out it isn't a CHP case so now I am checking with HCSO. The jail log was incorrect. HCSO was the arresting agency.
