Convicted felon and repeat offender Arthur Howatt arrested for conspiracy and burglary

 

I reported on convicted felon Arthur Howatt in 2015, 2019. Yesterday he was arrested with Amber Glenn on a Ramey warrant for conspiracy to commit a crime and burglary.  Howatt was arrested for more charges. The daily jail log these days is full of the same repeat offenders. More waste of law enforcement and court resources because of soft on crime California laws that are a failure.

Arthur John Howatt arrested by HCSO yesterday on a Ramey warrant for PC 30305(a) felon in posessipn of ammunition, PC 182(a)(1), PC 29800(a)(1) and  PC459/461(a) burglary.

Amber Jean Glenn arrested yesterday by HCSO on a Ramey warrant for HS11377(a) possession of a controlled substance, PC182(a)(1) and PC 459/461(a) burglary.
