Terroristic and criminal threat suspect Daryl Jones preliminary hearing will not conclude next week, continued due to late discovery

Terroristic and criminal threat suspect Daryl Jones preliminary hearing which was continued to 10/20 and 10/21 was vacated. The preliminary hearing started on 8/25/26, continued to 8/26 and was expected to conclude next week.

There was a hearing today on 11/17/25 and defense request was granted by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning due to late discovery. There was no.opposition by the People. There is a hearing on 11/10 to confirm the preliminary hearing scheduled for 11/17/25.
