Gregory Kreis and Brenda Elvine's family law case is confirmed for court trial today which is scheduled for 11/4/25. This family law case is of interest only and mostly to Humboldt readers who have followed my previous coverage so I am not including links or more background.
Amended proof of service filed 10/15/25.
Humboldt investigator Cisco Lassiter who has previously worked with local public defenders is a witness in this case. Local readers who follow my court coverage regularly, local court insiders who have followed by coverage of Kreis for years get the relevance of this witness.
Local attorney, Mr. Patrik Griego, who has represented Kreis in a lawsuit filed by Rory Kalin is also a witness.
