Patrick Rex arrested by HCSO in May on drug charges is back in jail, arrested by APD on an arrest warrant for perjury and welfare fraud

 

Patrick Rex was arrested yesterday by Arcata Police Department on an arrest warrant and booked for violation of PC 118 (a) perjury and WI10980 (c) (2) welfare fraud.

42 year old Rex, of Arcata, was arrested by HCSO on May 18 and booked for violation of HS 11365(a) visiting a location where controlled substances are used; HS 11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia; PC 21310 varrying a concealed dirk or dagger.
