Another lawsuit filed by the guardian ad litem of a minor against Eureka City Schools. On October 13, 2025 filed 10/13/25

Jody Aragon is a minor. His guardian ad litem,  Bebette Dias, is suing Eureka City Schools, County of Humboldt and Does 1 to 100, inclusive. The civil unlimited tort case alleges personal injury, premises liability and other damages. The first and only hearing listed, as of today, is a Case Management Conference on 4/13/26.
