Dwivedi Tower LLC currently has two lawsuits in Humboldt Superior Court. One lawsuit was filed by current tenants Don Swall and Vanessa Vachon. The other lawsuit by former tenant, Amber Kirst. Mr. Patrik Griego, senior partner at Janssen Malloy represents plaintiffs in both lawsuits.
On 10/10/25, there was a Case Management Conference in the Swall, Vachon vs Dwivedi lawsuit. Mr. Patrik Griego appeared by Zoom, Ms. Krista Baughman and Anil Dwivedi also appeared by Zoom. Defendant Dwivedi Tower LLC said that they would be willing to participate in court mediation or they are ready to set matter for trial. Mr. Griego said that he would be adding an additional class representative and depositing jury fees so that Janssen Malloy could request a jury trial at next CMC. Another CMC scheduled for 12/8.
