Third lawsuit filed today against Dwivedi Tower LLC by former Hillsdale Apartments Cayman MKcFarland. Mr. Patrik Griego is also representing this plaintiff. Same illegal rent increase allegation. Documents have not been entered into e court yet so I don't have more details. When I get a copy of documenrs, they will be added to the post.
A case management conference is scheduled for 4/20/26. I have been the only one to regularly cover the first lawsuit filed by Hillsdale Apartment tenants Don Swall and Vanessa Vachon. I am the only one who has reported on the second lawsuit filed by former Hillsdale Apartment tenant Amber Kirst and the only one to break the news and report on this third lawsuit by Cayman McFarland. Dwivedi Tower's attorney is Dhillon Law Group's Krista Baughman.
