Prosecutors' response to defense request that Tyler Robinson appear in civilian clothes and without shackles sealed; ruling by Judge Graf on Monday

At Tyler Robinson's last hearing, defense asked that he be allowed to appear in civilian clothes and unshackled. This afternoon, there was a private hearing before Utah Fourth District Judge Tony Graf after a filing.

Utah County Attorney's Office jointly with the Utah County Sheriff filed a response.

The opposition by the prosecutors was sealed because "it might endanger personal and public safety if disclosed" and includes information from the court’s security director about specific security measures in Robinson's case.

Judge Graf is expected to issue a ruling Monday which I plan to cover live. There is also a waiver hearing next Thursday which will be Robinson's first court hearing that I also plan to cover live.
