Today, Sherry Thompson was not even present for the hearing in her lawsuit against Humboldt Clothing Company.

Mr. Benjamin Kennedy who represents Humboldt Clothing Company told Humboldt Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning there was a settlement but he has not received any documents. Mr. Kennedy requested Judge Canning issue an order to show cause for failure to appear so dismissal can be addressed.

A hearing is scheduled on 1/12/26 for order to show cause, sanctions, failure to appear, failure to file notice of settlement and a Case Management Conference.
