Forcible rape suspect Dakota Parker is in active duty in the army; he posted bond, DA request for remand was denied but he was ordered to fill out financial statement since he has a public defender

 

Forcible rape suspect Dakota Parker also has a second case for reckless driving. Parker was arrested by HCSO on 8/29 and posted bond. Charges for both cases are in the previous post.

On 10/6, in CR2501633, Parker had trial confirmation and motion for pre trial diversion. Defense requested a continuance to 10/10 saying Parker is in active duty in the army. On 10/10,  trial Setting and hearing on motion for pre trial diversion was continued defense to 12/19. Jury trial date for 10/13 was vacated.

In CR2502229, arraignment scheduled on 10/6 was continued to 10/10 and preliminary hearing for 12/19. People's request for remand was denied. Parker remains out on bond. He was ordered by Retired Judge Miles to fill out a financial statement.
