27 year old Tristan Alvarez-Gamboa was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday on a Ramey warrant for PC 261(a)(2) forcible rape, PC 243 (d) aggravated battery, PC 273.5(a) domestic violence and PC 245(a)(4) assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury.
The Humboldt County District Attorney charged Alvarez-Gamboa with three felonies. Count 1 PC 261 (a) (2) forcible rape; Count 2 OC 273.5 (a) with special allegation PC 12022.7 (e) great bodily injury and Count 3 PC 236 false imprisonment.
10/13/25: Arraigned; Conflict Counsel appointed; $85,000 bail.
10/15/25: OR bail withdrawn by defense without prejudice. Preliminary hearing 10/23.
10/23/25: Preliminary hearing continued by defense to 1/30/26 to meet with client.
