On 10/10, criminal threat suspect Silverio Parro Snider Sanchez's PRCS hearing scheduled in CR2400346 was continued for intervention on 10/28.
In CR2502174, after the preliminary hearing, Humboldt Superior Court Retired Judge John Feeney held Sanchez to answer as charged. Humboldt County District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. Eureka Police Department Officer Jesse Anderson testified. Humboldt County Deputy Conflict Counsel David Nims motion for PC 17 (b) was denied. Alleged victim in this latest case is Brittany Waltrip.
Arraignment on information is scheduled for 10/28.
10/28/25: In CR2400346, PRCS intervention with Deputy DA Trent Timm and Deputy Conflict Counsel Zach Curtis with Judge Steven Steward. PRCS pre trial on 12/3; PRCS hearing on 12/15. In CR2502174, Sanchez was arraigned on information. Readiness Conference on 12/3; jury trial on 12/15.
12/3/25: PRCS pre trial and Readiness Conference continued by defense to 12/10; just received discovery.
