Adam Eli Kirk who was arrested on October 3 by CHP for VC 23152(g) driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. This is a misdemeanor charge in California. He was released on O.R.

He was arrested by HCSO on a bench warrant on October 11 for violation on probation in a 2024 case.
If he has a previous case, he should not have bern released from custody. Another repeat offender, with a misdemeanor, who has wasted law enforcement resources and court resources. Another failure of California failed Democrat leadership documented for 12 years covering local court and crime that costs the taxpayers. When the Republicans are in charge, I will be glad to call them out.
I am not allowed to post booking photos or request booking photos anymore until a conviction because of the Ninth Circuit ruling late 2024 but there is nothing stopping people from viewing it to compare it to these Facebook profiles which are not recent photos. Law enforcement can still release booking photos but that is their decision. I did not post the FB profiles last time but now he has failed to show up for court. If he has a VOP bench warrant for a 2024 case, he was convicted. FB profiles are not booking photos and not subject to the Ninth Circuit ruling.
Many locals do not follow the Ninth Circuit ruling and post booking photos. Unlike them, I am not posting his booking photo.
