Adam Eli Kirk arrested by CHP yesterday for VC 23152(g) driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. This is a misdemeanor charge in California. He was released on O.R.
41 year old Kirk looks a bit older in his booking photo than in his various Facebook profiles.
Nestor Manuel Zambrano arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday on felony PC 664/187(a) attempted murder and felony PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon.
