Victoria Godinez was arrested by California Highway Patrol for PC 459.5 shoplifting, BP 4060 possession of medication/controlled substance without a prescription, VC 31 providing false information to an officer, VC 12500(a), VC 23152 (a), DUI and VC 23152(b) BAC of 0.08 percent or more.
