District Attorney Maggie Fleming confirmed that Shantaram Jones is being arraigned tomorrow afternoon. The charge is PC 451(b)-arson of an inhabited structure or property. This is from his EPD arrest on 4/5/20.
On April 5th at about 5:30 p.m., Jones was arrested after setting items on fire inside of a hospital bathroom. The fire was quickly put out by Jones once an employee found him. The bathroom floor was damaged due to the fire.
