Premier Financial and local tradesmen turned an empty building into a thriving investment

Wayne Caldwell is the Founder and Board Chairman of Premier Financial. On my daily walk today, I happened to see him walk out of this building located on 6th and I.

This building is owned by Tom McMurray and the former tenant was the County of Humboldt. The building sat empty until Premier Financial took it over. It  is right next to their main office on 725 6th Street in Eureka.

Mr. Caldwell designed the entire project including the landscaping. The trees are from Oregon," he said.

"There were a lot of good tradesmen on the project. Eric Bergel was the contractor, Cornerstone Construction did the concrete, Renaissance did all the painting and Fortuna Iron worked on the planter boxes and the railing."

More on other Premier Financial news I discussed with Mr. Caldwell soon. They are a local, established company that has been around for decades.
