HCSO, three local churches and Redwood Meat Company help out three non-profits

"The COVID-19 virus has caused shortages in donations for some of our local non-profits. In response to these shortages, the HCSO teamed up with three local churches and the Redwood Meat Company to help during this difficult time."

"The Sheriff’ SWAP work farm donated three pigs to help with food supply shortages at Redwood Teen Challenge, the Eureka Rescue Mission and the
Humboldt Senior Resource Center. Three local churches donated money to cover the cost of processing the pigs and the Redwood Meat Co. generously reduced the cost of processing to make this donation possible."-- HCSO
