Trial setting was scheduled on February 11 for Cesar Valenzuela. All the other suspects in the Manila homicide entered pleas previously and sentencing is scheduled for February 13.
There was no resolution today. A pre trial was set for March 17, trial confirmation is on May 18 and jury trialon June 1.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Valenzuela's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
