There was a motion to continue the jury trial in Eureka Townhouse Hospitality vs Candice Knight heard on September 5.
Readiness conference scheduled for September 6 and jury trial scheduled for September were vacated.
A motion to continue jury trial was filed by the petitioner, Eureka Townhouse Hospitality by a new attorney, Alan R. Smith of San Diego.
A notice for hearing was also filed by peitioner (pictured above). Vanessa Negrete was the attorney on record for previous hearings.

Dates were added by September 11. On October 15, there is a hearing for depositions. Readiness conference scheduled for November 15; Court trial on November 18.
