A hearing this morning to decide whether Kimberly Felder should be served with a CLETS order was scheduled this morning in Courtroom Five. It was continued to September 5, same day as Dr Renouf's status of report is scheduled.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek Reavis is representing Felder.

Criminal proceedings had been suspended in this case and a mental health evaluation was done by Dr. Ramirez. That report was received at the last hearing and defense requested a second mental health evaluation, which will be done by Dr. Renouf.
