Mckinleyville citizens, especially parents, may want to avoid Hiller/Ocean until vulgar graffitti is cleaned up

Update: Public Works was notified by both Supervisors Ryan Sundberg and Rex Bohn right away and Public Works Director Tom Mattson has already sent someone to work on the signs.
