EPD Chief Andy Mills is on foot patrol in Old Town.

According to scanner, man down in Gazebo.

    I absolutely love it. Thanks to law enforcement, doing a thankless job, serving and protecting. We need about 3-4 officers walking an old town beat, keeping people moving and getting rid of the riff raff.
