Arrested and charged with forcible rape, resolves his case for disturbing the peace

 




On 7/29/26,  Jose Granados resolved his 2025 case for forcible rape with a guilty plea Count 2 PC 415 (2) disturbing the peace as a misdemeanor.

Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran terminated his supervised release,  sentenced him to 1 year probation and he was given credit for the 13 days in jail as time served.

Granados was given a fee waiver to enroll in domestic violence program and told to stay away from Jane Doe

Deputy DA Frankie Olivares is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Emery Welton is Granados' attorney.
