Humboldt Superior Court Clerk's office and lobby are open again to the public. Let's hope with Humboldt being in red tier and more people getting vaccinated, it remains open.

The Humboldt Superior Court Clerk’s Office Lobby located at 421 “I” Street in Eureka has re-opened to the public for walk-in service from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. effective today.
The drop box at the Clerk’s Office remains available for filings. Parties are encouraged to continue using the drop box rather than waiting in line.
Clerk’s Office staff continue to be available by phone at (707)445-7256 and email and will continue to process all filings within statutory guidelines.
The 2nd Floor of the courthouse remains closed to the general public. The Self-Help Office remains closed to the public. That office is available by phone at (707)445-7256 and email at court.selfhelp@humboldtcourt.ca.gov.
