At trial confirmation for former Humboldt County Building and Planning Department employee Patrick McTigue Patrick McTigue this morning, the jury trial for March 29 was confirmed.
Deputy DA Steven Steward is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Shelly Small appeared for the People. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing McTigue. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin appeared for the defense.
Mr. McLaughlin told Judge Kaleb Cockrum that if dates were reset, McTigue would withdraw his time waiver.
