Will "Stayn" settle his case for a formal diversion and pay restitution?

Setting of preliminary hearing for Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn" had been continued fourt times. On March 25, finally there was an update.

Mr. Patrik Griego is Hedrick's attorney. Deputy District Attorney David Moutrie appeared on the case for Deputy DA Roger Rees.

Mr. Griego has to discuss a report and resolution with Hedrick. If he accepts it, on April 13, Hedrick is expected to enter a plea for formal diversion, obey all laws and pay restitution.

4/13: Mr. Griego told Judge Lawrence Killoran that he received restitution amounts from the People and is discussing it with his client. The case is still expected to resolve but as "felony diversion." The next court hearing is May 12. Deputy DA Kimberly Beatty appeared on the case for the People.
