Judge orders release of videos saying Q Anon Shaman "blatantly lied"

U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth ordered the release of two videos by The District Court for the District of Columbia which challenge claims made by Jacob Chansley aka QAnon Shaman in his 60 Minutes interview.

After Chansley was denied release, his attorney made another attempt to get Chansley out of custody.  Albert Watkins argued that Chansley’s shamanic faith prevents him from getting the COVID-19 vaccine and this has made it difficult for Chansley to have access to counsel.

Judge Lamberth said the video showed that  Chansley “blatantly lied” in the television interview.

Chansley told CBS that he entered the U.S. Capitol building peacefully after police officers waved him in but the videos contradict Chansley's claims.

In one video, Chansley is seen on top of scaffolding with other rioters and a confrontation with law enforcement. In the second video, Chansley can be seen entering through a door into the U.S. Capitol building as others bash in windows with no Capitol officers in sight.
