Eureka City Manager Miles Slattery told me, "The Faulk's reached out to Councilmember Castellano, I believe. They wanted to help our community members experiencing homelessness."
If Daniel Faulk sends me a response or comment, I will add it to the post. His Facebook profile lists him as a former Political Science instructor at Humboldt State University. Besides this cabin, the Faulks are working on donating another location.
