On supervised release and he is arrested for obstructing a victim from calling for help

 

Elijah Makonen Smith  was on supervised release. He was arrested by Humboldt County Probation for PC 591.5 for a 2021 case. 

California Penal Code 591.5 PC makes it a crime for a person to maliciously damage or obstruct a wireless communication device in order to prevent a person from using it to seek help.
