Ian Pease, one of the defendants in the Perry Bailey homicide case, was arraigned in information this morning in a second case. He is charged with PC 29800 (a) (1) and PC 300305 (a) (1).
There was another case for him on calendar, which is also not the homicide case, andmore information on that case will be added later,sometime before today and the next court date.
Ms. Kathleen Bryson represents Pease in the homicide case. Trial setting for this new case is scheduled on April 1, the same day as the homicide case.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor.
