Glenn Kaminsky was arrested last July for PC273.5 (a),corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. As of yesterday, charges are still pending. He posted bail.
I have checked both with District Attorney Maggie Fleming and the D.A's office. Out of custody arraignments usually take longer. Everything during COVID 19 has been delayed. It has been 8 months since his arrest.
