At trial confirmation for murder suspect Pamela Millsap this morning, People's motion to compel to discovery from defense was continued to March 17.
Jury trial for March 29 will most likely be continued since her attorney is currently in the Tsarnas trial and who knows what will happen there.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Trent Timm appeared on the case for the People.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Millsap's attorney. Millsap is out of custody.
