Ray Christie filed a police report and the guy who posted the video identified Geoff Wills as the one doing donuts on the property

The video is posted on my Facebook page. The owner of the property being destroyed is Ray Christie.

According to the person posting the video, the driver is Geoff Wills, owner of Eureka-based AllPoints Signs.

Christie confirmed Wills was on his property and the one driving the vehicle in the video. He also said he filed a police report with the Arcata Police Department Friday or Saturday.

I reached out to APD Chief Brian Ahearn who said Ray Christie did file a report.
