Status of NGI and appointment of third doctor for murder suspect Daniella Moore was on calendar this morning.
A third doctor, Dr. John Green was appointed by Judge Lawrence Killoran to further evaluate Moore. Status of that report is scheduled for April 21. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29.
There was discussion at the last hearing why a third doctor should be appointed. Judge Killoran agreed with that conclusion. Defense and People agree on the appointment of Dr. Green.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy DA Emily Norgaard appeared for Ms. Eads who is in trial.
