Former Eureka Chalet location on 5th Street is now s.i.p. cafe. Annie's Cambodian liked the s.i.p. cafe post. I called Annie's and found out the owner's sister is the one opening this new business.
Former Sizzler location has a sale pending sign after sitting empty for months.
