An hour into deliberations yesterday, the jury in the Jeff Tsarnas case sent their first note on March 29. The jury left at 4:30 yesterday and are returning today at 10 a.m. No verdict as of 4:29 p.m. The jury left for the day. Courts are closed tomorrow.
Tsarnas is charged with one Count, VC 20001 (a). The jury has the option of a lesser included offense.
