At trial confirmation for GOP vandalism suspect Michael Valls this morning, jury trialfor April 5 was vacated.
His attorney, Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke, is currently in another trial. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Megan O' Connell appeared in court with Valls today.
There is additional investigation being conducted so dates were reset. Trial confirmation is on September 21; jury trial September 27. Valls has waived time and he is outbof custody.
All charges had been reduced to misdemeanors after the preliminary hearing.
