Further setting and defense motion for return of property was deferred to today for murder suspect Pamela Millsap.
Judge Kaleb Cockrum said that Judge Christopher Wilson had made a ruling regarding the motion for return of property. It is awaiting his signature. He is still not back.
Trial confirmation is on March 15; jury trial on March 29.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. DA Maggie Fleming appeared on the case today.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Millsap's attorney. She said there is still "outstanding investigation regarding the firearm" and she has sent a stipulation to the DA.
