Jury trial for Sherae O' Shaughnessy was scheduled to start April 27. That date had been vacated with a trial setting scheduled for June 3. Today, that date was reset to July 7 for trial setting/possible change of plea.
Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta and Deputy Public Defender Rosemary Deck have reached a plea deal for deferred entry of judgement which includes counseling. No further details were stated on record.
Ms. Deck has to discuss the offer with O'Shaughnessy. She is charged with battery committed against a spouse.
