It's been a while since I have written about Christina Higgins. When I covered her in 2014, it was a guess what man she would show up with in court. She is out of custody.
Higgins has 21 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court before this arrest. She is frequently at the Courthouse and yesterday, she was arrested by Eureka Police Department for possession of a controlled substance.
