Another arrest in Betty Chinn warehouse burglary

EPD just made another arrest in the Betty Chinn warehouse burglary. Jade Earl, 32-transient, arrested for possession of stolen property etc https://t.co/4mEx0XkZUa



Earl had the property, including toys for homeless kids & misc. supplies, hidden under a tarp near 3rd/Commercial St. where she was staying

    Wow, I thought this was a photo of a young male. This person should be forced to clean up downtown streets. Maybe shaming criminals is the way to go again.
