EPD is responding to the area near Highland Park for a report of a subject sitting in a motor home with "a needle hanging out of their neck". The subject is reportedly semi conscious.
OSS Update - first officers on scene took a minute to find the correct RV. After a few minutes, 3 subjects were contacted, ran and advised to move on. All familiar names. Apparently the needle was removed prior to their arrival or they were just diabetic.
