I report from court and official documents, not Facebook and this is just one example of social media inaccuracy and hysteria

These are the posts I did on the Rocket Dog Rescue lawsuit. Court documents and comment from Rocket Dog Rescue's lawyer, Mr. Paul Nathan.

I was the first one to report on this lawsuit and the only one to get a response from Mr. Nathan.

Now this post won't change the incorrect, inaccurate assumptions of the anti Shannon Miranda hysterical mob who are cyberstalking me and my page and out there saying whatever they want about me without consequences. They have maliciously spread lies and smears; they have doxxed me, outed me, harrassed me with Humboldt, as usual, staying silent. I don't waste my time on closed minds and haters.

This post is directed at those who I have repeatedly warned about not going down the rabbit hole, believing everything on Facebook and then sending it to me.

Those pro Shannon Miranda can also be myopic. This was posted on one of the many FB pages about Shannon Miranda. I have blocked some and I don't look at others.

This post was recently brought to my attention. I had already seen it; ignored it. When it was sent to me, I thought it was something new after the Rocket Dog Rescue lawsuit had been filed. 

Look at when this post was made by Pali Boucher. It says 8 years.

Anyone can make a FB account. Given the lawsuit, the first thing I did was check the FB account for Pali Boucher.

Details matter. Verification is basic reporting 101. 

Facebook posts are not a court of law.  There have been no criminal or civil charges filed against Shannon Miranda as a result of the HCSO investigation. Despite the law being explained, responses of what HCSO and the County can do; Jody Honsal's bff Jenna and her clown minions are online and outside the Courthouse demanding Shannon Miranda's arrest. A civil lawsuit has been filed by Rocket Dog Rescue and not even been served yet on Shannon Miranda. There is no proof of service and I checked again on Friday.

Vigilante justice is illegal. Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal deserves to lose his badge since he has allowed death threats to be made against more than one individual. That is not free speech.

Shannon Miranda cannot present a defense until cases proceed in a court of law where the vetting and rules are not any clown posting on Facebook and saying whatever they like with no legal or financial consequences.

Of course, for law and order, you need a Sheriff who enforces the law without exemptions for his wife's bff. Who else gets to drop Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal's name when pulled over by law enforcement?

Sheriff Billybob is not neutral.The mob and Billybob blew off the statement by Shannon Miranda. That is because we have useless Board of Supervisors including Rex Bohn who excuses and defends what Billybob does constantly. 

Sheriff Billybob has shown his bias towards Jenna Moore multiple times. He selectively responds to certain media and any media when he wants. She dropped his name and the local CHP let her go. 

Does any other County department head behave with the arrogance of Billybob? I have written about lawsuits settled and filed against HCSO. Since I started covering local courts, Billybob has been the Humboldt Sheriff for 10 years.

Is this the clown show led by Jenna Moore going on because Billybob cannot tell her and his wife no or is it a convenient distraction so there is no oversight of Billybob's incompetentence and hubris. That seems to be a requirement to be Sheriff whether it is Dumboldt's Billybob or bumbling bufoon Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos.

Billybob and the Humboldt County DA will do nothing. If more civil lawsuits are filed, they will simply let the others do the work and cite waste of resources, issues with proving a case filed beyond a reasonable doubt and they would be correct. Between trespassing Jenna Moore and Jennifer Raymond who are random people who cannot prove chain of custody or be credible about chain of evidence; the botched, rejected first search warrant and Sheriff Billybob acting like Roscoe Coltrane, the photo ops on Shannon Miranda's property and the months of social media posts from the J and J reality show, the local investigation and any potential case is tainted and it can impact the other civil cases.

The comments on other sites have dwindled and the obvious only have themselves to blame. Forgotten in all this drama and constant attention Jenna and the other clowns need are the innocent animals. If they care about animals as they claim, get off Facebook, online and obsessing about Shannon Miranda.

There are other lawsuits against HCSO pending. All that money wasted could go towards fixing roads and public safety priorities other than being spent on the ego of photo op Sheriff Billybob. 

Most cases do not have 24/7 Facebook drama going on with both sides fueling the constant "news cycle." Others have court cases and it is difficult for them but they are not running to the media every day.

Both parties in this seem more obsessed with Facebook. Anyone who isn't into drama is either off Facebook or uses it minimally. 

If you can't discern between rubbish and valid information and you don't have common sense; don't waste my time.
